Favorite business moment
My first (of 3) telesummits.  I had 2300 people from around the world attending and 21 speakers who I greatly admired and loved interviewing.  It was a highlight for a conversational truth guide like me – getting into rich deep dialogue with my speakers and my audience.  And since it was my first time, there were so many beautiful things that unfolded that I hadn’t expected.

Before I went into business, I thought I was going to be a professional singer and actress.  In my youth I was in more than 20 plays and two commercials.  I experienced far more rejection and criticism than praise which helped build my character and determination!

What Tara wants to shout from the rooftops
As a rare Conversational Truth Guide Business Coach and Mentor, it was such a revelation to learn about the grid and learn that the things I knew instinctively had proven validation behind it – particularly when it came to my dislike of Guru Star marketing techniques for professional coaches (who are 80% conversational truth guides).  Guru Star ideas always felt out of alignment for me and the professional coaches with whom I now work.  Before working with me, so many of my clients have spent thousands and thousands on other coaching programs that simply didn’t work for them because it wasn’t in alignment with their Archetype.
